Stay Active With Support You Barely Notice

The Kneelock is designed to give your knee targeted support while keeping your movement natural. Instead of a bulky brace that gets in the way, it helps provide focused compression around the patellar tendon so you can stay comfortable during training, running, jumping, and everyday activity.

Feel supported without feeling restricted – Get targeted support around the kneecap. Keep your natural range of motion while you move.

Make every workout feel more comfortable – Focused compression helps reduce strain around the patellar tendon. Keep moving without constantly thinking about your knee.

Stay confident through intense movement – Designed for active sports and training. Run, jump, squat, and move with added support.

Get a fit that feels personal – Adjustable compression lets you control the level of support. Find the fit that feels right for your activity.

Wear support without the bulk – A compact strap stays focused on the area that needs support. It’s far less cumbersome than a full knee brace.

Get back to doing what you love – Don’t let knee discomfort dictate your next workout. Add targeted support to your routine and keep moving.

Description

Most brands sell you one strap. You have two knees.

KneeLock is sold as a pair, one for each leg, in every order.

The pad sits below the kneecap, over the patellar tendon, and applies pressure where the load builds up during stop-start movement. The wing-shaped design wraps around the sides of the knee rather than pressing only on the front.

The inner contact surface is soft silicone, not flat neoprene. It grips the skin instead of sliding on it, so it holds position through hard lateral pivots.

Dual-side adjustment lets you pull from both ends for an even fit. One size covers a wide range of legs, and the symmetrical shape works on either knee. Low profile enough to wear under athletic pants.

Fit & Sizing

One size with dual-side adjustment. Fits most legs measuring roughly 12–20 inches around, just below the knee.

Position the pad directly below your kneecap, over the tendon. Snug but not tight — you should be able to slide a finger underneath. Re-check after your warm-up; most people tighten slightly once they're moving.

Both straps are symmetrical. Either one goes on either leg.

  • TARGETED SUPPORT

Contoured cushioning applies focused pressure directly below the kneecap.

  • SECURE DURING MOVEMENT

The silicone contact surface helps reduce slipping during steps, squats and pivots.

  • ADJUSTABLE, LOW-PROFILE FIT

Dual-side adjustment creates a comfortable fit that works on either knee.

    Why Most Straps Slide

Flat neoprene glides on sweaty skin. Silicone grips it. That's the whole difference and it's why yours stays put through game three.

    • This is the first patellar strap that actually works! I wore this strap all day, and my pain was gone - I can't believe it worked so well! I will be buying more!

    • These knee straps have been a difference maker for my day to day pain. They provide excellent support for my patella tendon and stay securely in place without feeling too tight or bulky. I really appreciate that they come in a two-pack, and the material is both sturdy and comfortable against the skin. Highly recommend for anyone needing a little extra knee stability!

    • These straps work so well! I get knee pain when I hike or run uphill. These straps are fully adjustable and provide great support. I’ve used them for skiing and downhill hiking as well. They get a bit sweaty but are far superior to sleeve style braces which slide down. I’ve recommended them to lots of people.
